Toasted Sandwiches and Olive Oil When making toasted sandwiches of any kind, such as grilled cheese, use olive oil on your bread instead of butter. It toasts great and is healthy for you. Just brush the outside of your sandwich lightly with the olive oil, toast on griddle, enjoy!
