Quick Exercise To Start Your Day
Wake yourself up with this quick exercise routine. Stand a foot or two away from a table or dresser edge. Lay both palms on edge of table or dresser. Do pushups. Start with as many as are comfortable... whether that be five or 25 doesn't matter. Breathe in as you go down, out as you push up. If you do these each morning while you are listening to the morning news or whatever you do as you wake up... before you know it you will be doing 100 each day and enjoying it. They are not overly strenuous but definitely get your blood flowing for the day ahead. |
