Plant a Summer Sunflower House Spring has about sprung and soon the fun time of planting a garden begins. Plant a special treat for the children in your life this year. Plant a Sunflower House. Clear a U-shaped piece of land the size you wish your house to be. This area will be the outer walls. In the front of the U-shape.. or at the open end... clear two extensions to form the sides on either side of where the door will be. In this cleared plot, alternately plant Mammoth Sunflower seeds and Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds. Watch the sunflowers grow and as they do, the morning glories will grow alongside them, entwingin themselves around the sunflower stalks. When the sunflower stalks are about four feet high, tie twine to the top of each and attach to top of stalks on opposite side, forming a meshwork for the morning glory vines to grow on, forming the roof. The children in your life will now have a magical place in which to use their magical imaginations for hours of wonderful summer fun! You will enjoy watching them as much as they will enjoy playing in their great summer house.
